Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

No. For your security, we do not store credit card information. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Sales tax is applied based on local regulations and will be calculated at checkout.
We currently ship to most countries. Shipping availability and fees will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, depending on availability and warehouse locations, items may arrive in separate shipments.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
